Couldn't find desk and chair.

First I have to mention that in this hotel there are several types of rooms and by experience with great differences. room I booked did not correspond to the one I was given but I had to spend the first night as there was no availability. room was tiny, with no air conditioning or fan and you were dying from the heat. It is true that days of more than 30 degrees coincided in July. There was no room to leave your bags. One remained closed and other on top of the window. In short, very, uncomfortable in every way and I am not very luxurious. I would not recommend it. However the room I was given the next day, nothing to see. Much more spacious, with enough space to leave the bags, with air conditioning. Overall very satisfied. location of the hotel is very good because all the tourist spots are close to walk. There are bars around, supermarket. metro station is relatively close. Excellent location. treatment of the receptionist was not exceptional but I think it was because he did not speak much English so it was very sharp. Then I met a girl who spoke English better and treatment was more appropriate. I recommend this hotel because it was good value but be careful with the room type.

Location is in the center, the hotel is located in the yard, which hides from noise. Leaving the hotel you will find the boulevard with shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. All major attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are spacious enough (unless economy), and has its own parking, there is an elevator and air conditioning in each room. The staff is friendly, no problem to solve any problems, you just need to apply. There is a beauty salon on the territory of the hotel. I read reviews about bad noise insulation, really such a problem is, but it is a problem of almost all hotels in Peter.

I liked everything. We were on vacation just for the May holidays. While the hotel was busy and many foreign tourists did not affect us, friendly staff, kind, responsive. Cleanliness not only in the rooms, but in the entire hotel. Elevator, which after the walk is very good. Breakfast is great, you have a choice of buffet. Parking right in the yard. The location of the hotel is very good. The very center. Walking to Palace Square in 5 minutes. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby for all tastes, thank you for the wonderful holiday. Grat location and reasonable price

Very small rooms, but it's usual situation in Saint-Petersburd's downtown.

The Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Location is perfect . I would stay again at there.

Very centrally located - an easy walk to all the major sites in central St. Petersburg. Good breakfast buffet.

Something to be aware of is that most of the front desk staff spoke little or no English so they could not be relied upon for typical concierge-like support. For example, it was challenging figuring out evening entertainment options.

Comfortable beds, good service and a great location. My room was so quiet I didn't even need earplugs.

Wifi access in my room was abysmal. Sometimes it worked but was very troublesome.

The location was superb, right at the heart of the city. The rooms were comfortably cozy. But what got us really hooked was the help we got from the lovely receptionists. Their level of english was really impressive, believe me it's not always the case in Russia. They went out of their ways to help us with our inquiry. They even phoned the airport and the police station for us. Needless to say we highly recommend this hotel and its staff.
